Motivated Movement Training Fitness Program

Our Story

The Motivated Movement Training Fitness Program was founded by a fitness enthusiasts who wanted to create a space where individuals who are in their cancer journey can come workout in a safe place tailored to their needs. After years of research and development, he created a movement program that is fun, exciting, and inspiring.

Our Mission

At Motivated Movement Training, our mission is to empower people affected by cancer through specialized exercise oncology, physiology and wellness programs. We are dedicated to promoting health, resilience, and overall well-being. By providing tailored exercise training and compassionate support, we strive to enhance the quality of life and inspire hope for individuals on their cancer journey.

Initial Comprehensive Consultation

Includes:


  • Conversation about cancer journey
  • Recommendations for physical activity/movement
  • Discussion about the importance of movement throughout cancer journey
  • Initial physical assessments to address physical challenges resulting from cancer treatment 

1-on-1 Cancer Exercise Training Program (In-Person or Online)

Once you have completed your Initial Comprehensive Consultation and fitness assessment, a 12-week personalized exercise program is created for you to finish with a Cancer Exercise Specialist, certified through the American College of Sports Medicine, who holds of a Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Exercise Science and Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Upon the completion of your program, you will be reassessed to observe your progression.

Group Exercise Training

Class sizes range from 2-8 individuals to allow for necessary attention and supervision
